PARKING: Free parking is available within the Twin Lakes Plaza parking lot.
ARRIVAL: The front clinic door remains locked from the outside during business hours. Please do not knock on front door upon arrival (if you are arriving early, there may be another session in progress).
CHECK-IN: please check in online via janeapp. Dr. Herron will open the front door at the start of your scheduled appointment time.

CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY: please provide >48 hours notice to cancel or change your appointment, to avoid your card on file being charged the late cancel/no show fee. The Late Cancel/no show fee is $250 for Physical Therapy Evaluations, $200 for Follow-up Physical Therapy Appointments and $125 for Reiki Appointments.
